If you do not supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products

If there is an error or any other delivery problem with respect to the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

In the situation where the court or any other competent authority decided the invalidity, illegality, and/or unenforceability of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired.
